Ampih Returns Policy
At Ampih, we craft natural incense with care and intention. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below.
Returns
You may return incense products within 14 days of receiving your order provided that:

The incense is unused

The incense is unopened

The packaging is undamaged and in its original condition

Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, incense that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened, used, or tampered incense

Items returned in a damaged or incomplete condition

Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund, including return postage where applicable
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 working days for refunds to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
